Kentia Palm - Howea Forsteriana - Plant Drop

Kentia Palm - Howea Forsteriana

Lord Howe discovered the palm on the island named after him. The seeds still come from the island with a very small number of inhabitants.
Thrives in medium light, direct sun is too bright for the Howea.
Light watering once a week when the top two inches of soil are dry.
The fronds love moist air so mist a few times a week.
A monthly dose of fertiliser in spring and summer is a great way to keep the plant happy.

Wilting plant: under-watered, dry air.

Yellowing leaves, soggy base: overwatered
