If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can review the issue.
Plants are living products, and their condition after delivery depends on their environment and care. For added reassurance, we offer an optional Plant Protection at checkout, which provides a one-time replacement in the event of complete plant failure, subject to our terms.
We are able to send images of individual statement plants priced over £600.
