Delivery charges and methods are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the items in your order.
How we deliver
Every order is carefully prepared and packed by our team using specialist packaging designed to protect your plants in transit. Larger specimens are delivered through our specialist plant delivery network. Once your order is dispatched, we'll arrange your delivery day directly with you.
Delivery rates
Calculated at checkout by size and postcode.
Small & medium — from £6, complimentary over £150
Large specimens — from £25, complimentary over £1,000
Rates for large specimens vary with location and access; Scotland and remote areas may be higher. We currently deliver to mainland UK only (excluding NI, Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands).
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within two weeks. We'll confirm your delivery day with you in advance, so nothing arrives unannounced. We never sacrifice quality or plant health for speed — if you need delivery by a specific date, contact our client services team before ordering and we'll do our best to advise.
Packaging & presentation
All items are carefully prepared and packed by our experienced team. Every plant includes a printed care guide, and a complimentary gift note on request.
Delivery Access & Placement
Where practical and safe, our team may help move items into your home or garden, at the driver's discretion. Please ensure suitable access is available before delivery, and notify us in advance of any loading bays, concierge desks, restricted access or timed entry. We cannot accept responsibility for damage to property arising where assistance moving items beyond the point of delivery has been requested. Where you ask for an order to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, this is done at your own risk, and responsibility passes to you once delivered as instructed.
Missed Deliveries
Plants need careful handling and timely delivery to arrive in good condition. A charge applies for each re-attempted delivery, and if an order is cancelled following a missed delivery, the delivery charge still applies. For buildings with restricted or timed access, please ensure delivery access is arranged and we're notified before dispatch.
Minimum order value
A minimum order value of £50 applies.
