Shipping policy

All orders are either hand-delivered or carefully packaged by our expert team. 

All deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.

Minimum £25 order spend.

Our courier services are provided by DPD & APC.

Delivery To Your Door

We offer kerbside / to your door delivery as standard.

Our own friendly delivery drivers in London will bring items into your home or garden when requested and safe to do so. This is at their discretion and is not guaranteed.

Third party deliveries by APC Overnight & DPD are to your door and Palletways are kerbside unless the pallet removal service is purchased.

You can ask us our our delivery partners to leave items in a safe place or with a neighbour but this is at your own risk. 

Missed Delivery

We take a lot of care and effort when loading and unloading our vehicles with plants, so attempted but missed deliveries can impact plant health and our service to other customers. 

For this reason we charge for each reattempted delivery. 

If the order is cancelled rather than awaiting redelivery the charge will still be levied. 

Please note it is not our responsibility to schedule delivery times with loading bays or concierge staff. This must be pre-arranged by the client and we must be notified in advance.
