Shipping policy

Delivery charges and methods are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the items in your order.


London delivery

For London addresses, deliveries are carried out by our team.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm. Live tracking and a delivery time window are provided on the day of delivery.

Complimentary delivery is available on small & medium items over £150.


UK delivery (outside London)

For the rest of the UK, we offer specialist plant delivery services tailored to the size of your order.

Plants are carefully prepared and packed by our team using specialist packaging designed to protect them in transit.

Larger specimens are delivered using our specialist delivery network. Once dispatched, delivery will be arranged directly with you.


Delivery times

Delivery times vary by product size and location, however most orders arrive within 3–8 days.

We never sacrifice quality or plant health for speed. If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact our client services team before placing your order and we'll do our best to advise.


Packaging & presentation

All items are carefully prepared and packed by our experienced team.

Every plant includes a printed care guide and a complimentary gift note on request.


Minimum order value

A minimum order value of £50 applies.

Delivery Access & Placement

Where practical and safe to do so, our team may assist with moving items into a home or garden. This is offered at the driver's discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access is available prior to delivery. For buildings with loading bays, concierge desks, restricted access or timed entry, please notify us before dispatch.

Plant Drop and its delivery partners cannot accept responsibility for damage to property, fixtures, fittings or possessions arising from delivery where assistance with moving items beyond the point of delivery has been requested.

Where a customer requests that an order is left in a safe place or with a neighbour, this is done entirely at the customer's risk. Responsibility for the order passes to the customer once delivery has been completed in accordance with those instructions.


Missed Deliveries

Plants require careful handling and timely delivery to arrive in good condition. Attempted but missed deliveries can impact plant health and disrupt service to other customers.

For this reason:

  • A charge applies for each re-attempted delivery.
  • If an order is cancelled following a missed delivery, the delivery charge will still apply.

For buildings with loading bays, concierge desks, restricted access or timed entry, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure delivery access is arranged in advance and that we are notified prior to dispatch.
