Dedicated Maintenance
Dedicated Maintenance
Your dedicated horticulturalist will be with you as long as you are with us. They will take pride and care in your planting.
First maintenance visit
On the day or shortly after your installation, your dedicated horticulturalist responsible for your planting will carry out an initial care visit which includes watering and checking of the plants.
Ongoing care
They will come to your space every two weeks and care for all the plants and carry out the following tasks to cultivate your planting and ensure it thrives.
1.
Watering & misting
They will water all the plants using their experience and tools to do so accurately.
In order to replicate the environment the plants originally call home, they will mist to highten the humidy.
2.
Foliage Cleaning
They will clean using an organic solution all the foliage.
In office and retail environments dust can build up (especially near vents) preventing the plant from photosynthesising so this needs to be cleared.
By the end of a visit all the foliage is shiny and looking its best.
3.
Pest Control
Our horticulturalists are alert to pests and diseases and take a proactive approach. If there are any signs then treatment is started before the issue can take hold.
The regular visits prevent any outbreak spreading from one plant to another.
4.
Replacement & Recovery
On the rare occasion that a plant fails or cannot be brought back to good health and beauty in place, we will then replace the plant.
The plant is then sent for recovery at our nursery. It is then gifted to a charity or non-profit as part of our Plant Grant programme.
