For our standard range, the product photos show the size and form you'll receive — and our one-off specimens are the exact plant pictured. If you'd like us to hand-pick and photograph a specific plant for you to choose from, that's our Personal Sourcing Service: tell us what you're after and we'll find it and send you options.

Across mainland UK. How your order travels depends on its size and location — smaller pieces by courier, larger specimens by our own team or pallet. A few remote areas are excluded; we'll always confirm before dispatch.

Our delivery promise is within 2 weeks. This is because many of our plants come direct from the grower for your order to ensure the highest quality.

Courier orders come with a tracking link. For our own van deliveries you'll get a scheduled window with live tracking on the day.

Carefully. Van deliveries use minimal, reusable protection; courier orders travel in custom locking boxes designed to keep plants safe in transit.

Yes — a 30-day replacement guarantee. If a plant isn't thriving despite the right care, we'll put it right.

Yes — potting, installation and ongoing care are available as chargeable services. For larger or commercial spaces, these run through Plant Drop Projects.
