Competition Terms & Conditions
Valentine’s Day Competition - Ts & Cs:
1. Promoter: The promoter is PlantDrop.
2. Eligibility:
• The competition is open to residents of the UK.
3. Competition Period:
• The competition will run from 17:00 on 13/02/25 to 23:59 on 16/02/25. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter:
• To enter, participants must follow @plantdroplondon, share to their stories and tag at least one account in the comments.
• Multiple entries are allowed.
5. Prize:
• The prize is a Homalomena Rubescens 'Maggy' worth £65. Pot is not included.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:
• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram within two days of the competition closing.
• If the winner does not respond within two days, a new winner will be selected.
7. General Conditions:
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if necessary.
• Any entries that are deemed inappropriate or offensive will be disqualified.
• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Data Protection:
• Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with PlantDrop’s Privacy Policy.
9. Social Media Disclaimer:
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility regarding the competition.
