Branched Fiddle-Leaf Fig Tree
It is as if each stem stem was individually carved by an artist. These sculptural trees branch beautifully and hold a host of luscious green leaves.
These Fiddle-leaf Figs branch lower down the stem, combining the best of a bush and tree form. This tough & tall growing indoor tree makes an architectural statement in any room.The thick stems - with majestic deep brown detailed bark - branch out beautifully from a central stem.

The branched stem fiddle-leaf is a great plant for a tight spot as it holds leaves among the multiple stems in a column form.
Best space & place
This ficus, like most others is happiest situated in indirect bright light. It is happy in most rooms, with a minimum temperature of 12°C. It does not like draughts and this can cause the leaves to discolour.
When to water & feed
Allow the top two inches of soil to dry out between waterings. Apply a general purpose houseplant feed in the summer months. Reduce watering in winter.
Need to know
The leaves benefit from a damp wipe from time to time to remove dust, facilitate more light transmission, and keep looking glossy. They can lose leaves when settling in but they are soon replaced. Read our 'Ficus Lyrata' Care Guide.

The Fiddle Leaf Fig has been shown to help remove benzene, formaldehyde and ammonia. Ammonia is often used in cleaning products because it's good at breaking down grease, and because it because it evaporates quickly, leaving surfaces streak-free. Unfortunately, that also means it ends up in the air.
