Plants can take some time to adapt and replace lost foliage once they have started to struggle. When implementing the care or environmental advice of the horticulturalist it is important to give the plant a few months to recover.
While many plants make a full recovery, sometimes a plant is beyond saving despite all efforts and we appreciate how frustrating that can be when you have invested. If plant revival has been unsuccessful we will offer a discount on a replacement.
