30-Day Plant Guarantee
30-Day Plant Guarantee
At Plant Drop, we stand behind the quality of every plant we send out. Plants are living things and can take time to settle into a new environment, so our guarantee is designed to support you beyond delivery.
If your plant isn’t thriving within 30 days of arrival, we’re here to help.
How it works
If you experience an issue:
- Get in touch using our support form within 30 days of delivery
- Add a few photos of the plant, its placement and care to date
- Our team will review and guide you on the best next steps
In many cases, plants can recover quickly with a few small adjustments. We’ll always aim to help your plant thrive first.
What we’ll do
If your plant is not thriving despite following our care guidance, we’ll work with you to resolve it.
This may include:
- A replacement plant
- Store credit
Each case is assessed individually to ensure the best outcome.
What’s covered
Our guarantee covers issues relating to:
- Plant health on arrival or shortly after
- Difficulty adjusting despite appropriate care
- Underlying quality issues
What’s not covered
As plants are living and responsive to their environment, we’re unable to cover issues resulting from:
- Incorrect placement (e.g. unsuitable light conditions)
- Over or under watering
- Exposure to extreme temperatures or drafts
- Lack of basic care
For planted arrangements and potted pieces, each case is assessed individually, taking into account placement and care.
That said, we’ll always do our best to guide you and help prevent issues wherever possible.
Beyond 30 days
Our 30-day guarantee covers the initial settling-in period.
For ongoing peace of mind beyond this, Plant Protection extends your cover for the months ahead — designed for longer-term care and unexpected issues.
Our approach
We believe buying plants should feel easy and reassuring. Our guarantee is not just about replacing plants — it’s about helping them thrive in your home.
If you’re ever unsure, we’d always encourage you to reach out early or ask our Ai Horticulturalist. A small adjustment can often make all the difference.
