The modern way
Most office planting is sold as a rental contract. We do it differently. We design and install the plants and planters — and then train your team on how to look after them.
Office plants, made simple
Premium plants. Transparent pricing. Quick installation.
Plants should be simple to buy and simple to keep. Often they aren't.
Every price we charge is published. Most orders are delivered and installed within a week. And we'll show your team how to look after them, so you don't need anyone coming back every month.
How our way compares
| Traditional Plant Companies | Plant Drop |
|---|---|
| Consultation required | Prices published, order online |
| Installation charges | Upfront and clear |
| Maintenance contracts | Plant Drop Academy - we train your team |
| Monthly fees | One simple purchase |
| The plants stay theirs | The plants are yours |

Plant Drop Academy
Every plant company recommends a maintenance contract, because that's recurring revenue. A monthly visit, a service schedule, an engineer in the building.
We'd rather teach you. Plant Drop Academy comes free with every office installation.
One of our horticulturists spends an hour or two on site with your team, working through the plants we've just installed — what each one needs and how often, how to spot over-watering (which kills far more office plants than neglect), feeding, cleaning leaves, when to repot. We leave a written schedule so it doesn't rely on anyone's memory.
And behind all of it, lifetime online advice. For as long as you own the plants, our horticultural team is on the end of a simple form. We'll diagnose what's going on and support you through care. No time limit, no call-out charge, nobody to go through.
Will it be perfect? Maybe not. A leaf will go brown. Something will get thirsty over Christmas. That's a real office with real plants in it, and it's absolutely fine.
If you'd still rather we visited, we can — it's a service you buy when you want it, not something we push on you.
Blank Street
Blank Street source all their planting from us, across their rapidly growing UK chain. Every store owns its plants, and every store is looked after by the baristas — we trained the teams when we installed. No contract, no monthly fee, no engineer visits.
The right plants
Read our guide or ask our team to advise on the right plants for your spaces. They look at the light, the heating and the ceiling height, then recommend plants to suit.
Transparent pricing
Every plant and planter we sell is priced on the website. So is delivery, and so is installation. You don't need a site visit to find out what something costs, or a consultation before anyone will give you a number to take to finance.
Quick installation
Most orders are delivered and installed within two weeks. Larger schemes and bespoke planters take a little longer, and we'll tell you exactly how long before you commit.
Questions
Almost certainly not. Plant Drop Academy trains your team when we install, and lifetime advice covers you after that — which is what a maintenance contract is really for. If you'd still prefer us to visit, maintenance is available, priced separately.
Most people are better than they think, and we choose office plants partly for that reason. It may not be perfect — a leaf will go brown now and then — but you'll be fine, and we're on email whenever you're not sure.
Every price is published in our pricing guide — desk plants at the lower end, floor-standing specimens higher up. We quote one figure covering plants, planters, planting, delivery and installation.
Usually within two weeks from ordering. Larger schemes and bespoke planters take longer, and we'll confirm the date before you commit.
Yes. We work with business accounts and can invoice against a PO. Tell us what your procurement process needs.
Every plant has our 30-day guarantee. After that, our plant team is on email for as long as you own it. Most dying office plants are over-watered, and that's a free conversation rather than a replacement invoice.
Dragon trees, snake plants, ZZ plants and kentia palms all cope well with low light. In a room with no windows at all we'd suggest rotating plants rather than selling you something that will slowly die.
Our install team covers the UK.
Plenty of offices are. When yours comes up for renewal, it's worth reading this first — and we'll happily quote against your current scheme so you can put the two side by side.
We supply trade pricing with webshop access, specification support and delivery to site, and we can work from your drawings or match an existing scheme. See recent projects.
