At Plant Drop, every plant is sourced from trusted specialist growers and nurseries that meet UK plant health requirements.

All plants supplied by Plant Drop are fully plant-passported where required and inspected before dispatch. Plant passports provide traceability throughout the supply chain and help ensure plants are free from regulated pests and diseases.

Before delivery, each plant is individually checked by our horticultural team for health, quality and presentation. As living plants naturally vary, minor imperfections, seasonal changes and occasional leaf loss may occur as part of normal growth and establishment.

Following delivery, plants may require a short adjustment period while adapting to a new environment. Changes in light, temperature and watering conditions can cause temporary stress, which is normal and does not necessarily indicate poor plant health.
