Please note the following key terms:

1. Orders are ex works and collection can be made from our nursery at Uxbridge / Denham. 
2. Our nursery is only open for collection of orders, we do not allow visitors.
3. Images can only be provided for plants £600+ excluding VAT.
4. Delivery can be quoted based on the size and quantity of the order. These rates differ from our online retail prices and will be kerbside unless white glove or potting services are engaged at the respective charges.
5. Returns are accepted within 14 days of collection / delivery however incur a 20% restock fee. Items must be returned to our nursery at your cost.
6. Items should be inspected upon delivery and damages reported. If signed for then the items are only returnable under the above charges.
7. Wholesale orders are supply only. No guarantee is provided on plants from the time of delivery and no provision of plant care services, visits or diagnosis, or other services is included with the purchase order, either to you, our client, or to your end client. Any additional services will be chargeable, even if offered freely to our retail customers.
