Office Plant Rental
Office plants, fully looked after, on a monthly charge. Nothing to pay up front, twelve months rather than the usual three years, and we take everything away at the end.
How it works
We design a scheme for your space, install it, and come back every two weeks to look after it. You pay one monthly figure covering the plants, the planters, the installation, the care visits and any replacements. We own the plants throughout, which is what lets us swap anything that isn't thriving without sending you a bill for it.
What's included
- A visit every two weeks. Watering, feeding, pruning, cleaning and pest checks by a trained horticulturist.
- Replacements at our cost. If a plant declines or outgrows its spot, we replace it. No replacement invoices.
- One monthly charge. Plants, planters, planting, delivery, installation and care in a single figure.
- Twelve or twenty-four months, then rolling monthly. Twelve is the shorter commitment; twenty-four costs less per month.
- We collect at the end. Nothing to dispose of and nothing to write off.
Nothing up front
There is no deposit, no installation fee and no capital outlay. The first monthly payment is the first thing you pay. Because we own the plants and decide which ones go where, substituting them as they grow or decline, it sits as a service contract rather than an asset purchase — so for most companies it is an operating cost rather than something that needs capital approval. Your finance team will want to satisfy themselves on that and we are happy to talk to them.
Twelve months, not three years
The industry standard is a three-year term, which suits the supplier rather than the client. It is no use at all if you have a break clause coming, a floor you are letting, or a space with a known end date.
We would rather agree twelve months and earn the renewal.
What it costs
Rental starts at £350 a month for a small scheme and is quoted as one figure for the whole space. Tell us what you are able to sign off and we will build to it. Every plant and planter we sell is also priced openly on the site, so you can see exactly what you are renting.
Rather own them?
Plenty of clients do. Buy the plants outright, keep them, and we will train your team to look after them — see office plants. If you already own plants and just want someone to look after them, that is plant maintenance.
