Plants for Show Homes and Marketing Suites

A marketing suite runs for eighteen months. A show apartment sells out and gets stripped. Nobody should be signing a three-year planting contract for a space with a known end date.

How we do it

We plant it properly for as long as it is there, look after it every fortnight, and collect everything when the space closes. Nothing to pay up front, nothing to dispose of, and no capital sitting in plants you no longer need.

Twelve months, then rolling. If the suite runs longer than expected, it simply continues.

Marketing suites exist to be shot. That means specimen-quality planting rather than whatever is in a hire warehouse — a properly formed olive, a fig with real structure, planters that suit the scheme rather than fighting it. We buy direct from growers and can source to a drawing.
