Event Plant Hire
Real trees and plants for a day, a week or a launch. The same olives, ficus, palms and planted schemes we sell, delivered to your venue, set in place and collected afterwards. Minimum hire £1,500 + VAT.
What you can hire
Anything on this site, and a good deal that isn't. Our yard in Fulham holds two-, three- and four-metre olives, ficus and palms, clipped bay, bamboo, flowering shrubs in season and a stock of planters to put them in. If you have seen it on a product page, it can be hired. If you want something specific, ask and we will source it.
They are living plants, not props. That is the point — and it is why we choose the ones that travel well and look right under lights for the length of your event.
How it works
- Tell us the date, the venue and the look. A floor plan or a few photographs of the space is enough to start.
- We propose a scheme and a single price. Which plants, in which planters, where they go, and one figure for the lot — usually within one working day.
- We deliver and set. On the day or the day before, depending on venue access. Our own team, our own vehicles.
- We collect. When the event is over, everything goes back on the van. Nothing for you to store or dispose of.
What it costs
Hire is quoted as one figure covering the plants, the planters, delivery, set-up and collection. The minimum is £1,500 + VAT. Beyond that the price depends on what you choose and how many days you need it for; a three-day hire costs little more than a single day, because the cost is in the moving rather than the time.

Timing and access
Weekday delivery and collection are standard. Early morning, evening and weekend slots are available — most venues need them, and we plan for it. Tell us about lifts, loading bays, stairs and any time windows the venue imposes; a three-metre tree is easy in a goods lift and a different proposition on a staircase, and we would rather know before we quote.

London, including venues inside the M25. Further afield by arrangement for larger hires.
Longer than a week?
If the plants need to stay for a month, a season or a year, that is plant rental rather than hire — a monthly figure with the care included. And if you would rather keep them afterwards, we can quote the hire against a purchase price so you can decide on the day.
