Returns

On arrival — if anything isn't right, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we'll put it right, covered by our 30-day plant guarantee.
Change of mind — let us know within 14 days. Plants, pots and accessories must be in their original, resaleable condition. Returns are subject to a collection charge, or can be sent back by post at your own cost; the outgoing delivery charge isn't refunded.

Care & Use

Each piece is a one-off, so size the plant to the pot before you commit. Where there is no drainage hole, keep the plant in its nursery pot on a liner rather than planting directly.

Only the Lava Pot has a drainage hole — the other pieces are decorative with no drainage.

Design Details

Each piece is a one-off ex-display or store item, sold as seen with the marks noted on its own listing. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners on the glaze. Where there's no drainage hole, keep plants in their nursery pot with a saucer or liner rather than planting directly, as the interior coating isn't fully watertight.
