Nothings sets up an entrance, or flanks a border quite like a nobly, gnarled, & wonderfully unordinary olive tree.
These trees are 15-20 years old and are hardy in warmer areas of the UK, and very well suited to the microclimate of London.
Best space & place
Olive are best situated in a sunny sheltered position.
When to water & feed
Grow in well-drained soil. Water well in the growing months, and sparingly in winter.
Need to know
Olives are outdoor plants and we do not recommend keeping them as indoor plants.
Plant health
All our olives are sourced from Spain from nurseries certified by DEFRA to be free of the Xylella disease which is infecting trees in Italy. The trees are all quarantined, passported and inspected on arrival, and are accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate.
